James E. Fabregas, is a Commercial General Contractor who has been President/Owner of Pyramid Development & Construction, Inc. since 1975. Jim  is listed in Who’s Who in California and is a Journeyman Carpenter with over 35 years of field experience in:

• Stud Framing
• Plumbing and
• Mechanical

 

Jim has guided PDC to its present level as a highly regarded contracting firm with licenses in 4 states.  From retail stores like Hallmark Cards, to tenant improvements in Fire Stations, Public Libraries, Offices and Universities, his quality work and reputation for leadership have garnered imbeccable references for both Jim and PDC.

Jim  received a B.A. degree in Business Finance from California State University at Fullerton.  In 2002, he created a popular product called The Garden & Tool Caddy and received two patents and much publicity for his invention. Jim and his wife live in Bellevue, Washington and have one son. All three actively and enthusiastically participate in PDC.
